To confirm a booking a deposit of 25% of the hunting package is required to be paid by the customer. Payment of the deposit is confirmation of acceptance of these terms and conditions by the customer.

Glazebrook is under no obligation to place or maintain that booking until the deposit has been paid. The balance of the accommodation and guide fees must be paid to Glazebrook at least 60 days prior to the scheduled date for arrival. Any extras e.g. upgrades, additional animals etc. are payable by the customer prior to departure.

In the event of a cancellation the following applies:

90 – 60 days
The deposit is forfeited

60 – 14 days
100% charge for the room nights cancelled

Inside 14 days prior to arrival
100% charge for the room nights, guiding days and trophies cancelled

Special conditions apply to group bookings for 4 or more rooms.

These terms of trade apply to all dealings between Glazebrook and its customers. A customer enters into a contract and is bound by these terms of trade on placing a reservation or “booking” with Glazebrook.

We strongly recommend full travel insurance, including trip cancellation and interruption, baggage protection, medical expenses, accidental death and dismemberment, emergency evacuation and repatriation, and emergency assistance service. There are a number of reputable vacation insurance companies.

Prices are quoted in  NZ Dollars as indicated and are inclusive of a 15% Goods and Services Tax. Glazebrook accepts cash, traveller’s cheques, personal cheques and Visa, and MasterCard.
